Each location of child care at the Forest City YMCA has a different waitlist. Your child will be added to the correct list according to their age. By completing this form, it does not guarantee your child a spot of enrollment. Enrollment will be contingent on availability and will be on a first come first serve basis. Our Director will contact you if a spot were to become available for your child.
