Variety is the spice of life, so we aim to provide a diverse selection of fitness options to engage people of all ages and fitness levels in spirit, mind and body. We provide a friendly and nurturing environment whether you prefer to exercise on your own, with a personal trainer or in a group.
Group Fitness Classes
We don’t want you to ever get bored with your workouts or programs so we have many options to help you achieve better health, manage stress or lift your spirits. A variety of programs on land and in water are available including aerobics, cycling, strength training, toning and more. Class times and offerings vary throughout the year so check out the current group fitness schedule below.
The Forest City Y offers a variety of personal and individualized training sessions. These sessions are meant to allow you to achieve your personal goals and to live a healthier life.
